Kaitlyn Ochs – Spirit of Caring

Kaitlyn shows confidence, love and joy each day she works.

She shows patience and gentleness with each resident she cares for as a CNA/Restorative Aide.

Kaitlyn always has a smile on her face and is ready to tackle any task that comes her way.

She is very trustworthy and can be relied upon on to get the job done.

Breanne Krump – Spirit of Enthusiasm

Breanne is patient with others and acts out of kindness and the goodness of her heart.

She exhibits a calm demeanor when presented with challenging situations.

She comes prepared with fun ideas to enrich staff and residents on our Bethany Brandon campus.

Jennifer Kauffman – Spirit of Leadership

Jennifer’s first day as Director of Nursing was a very challenging day for Bethany Sioux Falls.

Jennifer handled the medical incident with grace and focused leadership.

She helps her team grow in their roles while also holding people accountable.

Jennifer’s leadership is admired because she works very hard to ensure our residents needs are met.

Vicki Wasson – Spirit of Mission

Vicki is very kind, loving, and nurturing in her care for our residents at Bethany. She takes time to listen to them, encourage them, and laugh with them.

She treats them like family.

She can be counted on to do a good job training and coaching them through her role as a Bethany U grad. Vicki does all that she can to “create a welcoming home” for all who visit, live, and work at Bethany. 

Ruta Milinyte – Spirit of Service

Ruta is always pleasant and kind while serving our residents by making their rooms clean and bright!

Ruta has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help the Environmental Services Team.

She takes on extra shifts and extra duties outside the scope of her assigned tasks.

Ruta makes sure rooms are ready and welcoming for new residents who will be arriving.

Sam Sammons - Spirit of Heroism

Sam took on the Interim Director of Nursing position at Bethany Sioux Falls without hesitation.

She served residents, guided team members, and continued to manage her workload at Bethany Home Brandon.

Sam developed new processes while ensuring compliance. Her heroic efforts were an absolute God-send for Bethany.
